Losing 10 Kg Weight in 3 Months

Now that 2009 has just started, I am putting this as my first item in my New Year's resolution - to lose weight!
Specifically I aim to lose 10kg of weight in 3months (meaning by the end of March 2009, I should just be weighing only 57kg. Although I will enumerate here all the steps that I will be doing in order to achieve this goal, this blog will focus mainfly on swimming. I will create a separate blog for the other steps.

Taking action, keeping motivated and self-discipline will aid me lots in this wonderful challenge.

How will I lose 10 Kg Weigh in 3 Months?

1- Swimming
Doing breast stroke swimming for one hour every Sun-Mon-Wed-Friday at 7am



2-Yoga
Doing YOGA for 1 hour every Mon-Wed-Fri-Sun at 9PM in True Fitness (or at my own bedroom)

3-Running
Running at the treadmill for 1 hour every Tue-Thu 7:30AM at the gym
Jogging at Taman Jaya for 1 hour every Saturday at 8AM

Note:
If it's the time of month, I will replace the swimming and yoga with running in the treadmill.
If it's a regular time of the month, if swimming is not possible because it is raining, I will replace it with yoga.
